Bryers is a seasoned executive with 20 years’ experience in bringing new products to market and driving business growth for B2B and B2C organizations. He was formerly VP of Product Management for Calico Energy Services, a leading provider of hosted energy-management platforms for smart-grid data management and services. Prior to that, Bryers was President of VenturePod, a marketing and new-business development firm; former VP of Marketing for Vu1 Corporation, DocuSign, and Schemalogic; and Director of Marketing at Capital Stream.

T. Ron Davis
Chief Marketing Officer, Co-founder, and Board Chairman
Davis is a former management consultant and the founder of three privately held companies, with a focus on start-up and early-stage technology and consumer-information firms. Davis has performed in executive management roles for more than two dozen start-up and established companies. Among these positions, he has served as Director of Fortune 500 Marketing and Director of World Wide Sales Training for Microsoft and has held senior roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and American Express.

David Bycroft
Advisor, Co-founder, and Board of Directors
Bycroft is the Executive Chairman of the Australian Homestay Network, founded in 2006. This organization is the leader in setting standards for best practices in homestay care in Australia. In 2011, Bycroft was appointed by the New South Wales Government to serve as a member on their special taskforce for international education. The Australian Homestay Network is nationally recognized for their best-in-class standards, operations, and personnel.

Glenda Sinclair
Sinclair is an operations and technology executive with 20-plus years’ experience delivering strategic business and technology solutions into a variety of industries. Her professional experiences include tenures as Vice President of Operations for T5 Enterprises, a multi-state transportation company; Chief Information Officer for Medalia Healthcare; Vice President of Customer Service for MEI Software; and Director of Information Systems for Olson’s Foods.

Michelle Harden
Advisor - Strategy
Harden was President and Co-founder of Interact, Inc., an internet fulfillment and service company with 175 employees serving Microsoft, RealNetworks, Warner Brothers, Cranium, Anne Geddes, and many others. She is also president and co-founder of Compelling Technologies, America’s leading provider of public-safety solutions. In addition, Harden is the former Director and VP of Sales for Prism Direct, Xact Labs, Ivycorp, and Boeing Computer Services. She serves as an independent business-development consultant through her own firm, Transition2.
